Texto da carta

Atropelar Exaltado (Toda vez que uma criatura que você controla ataca sozinha, ela recebe +1/+1 até o final do turno.)

"O impulso é um grande aliado."

Card Pros

Card Advantage: Rhox Charger can generate significant value by creating multiple tokens, helping you maintain superior board presence over your adversary. A deck that leverages tokens will find that the Charger can quickly turn the tide in a drawn-out battle by providing additional creatures without sacrificing cards from your hand.

Resource Acceleration: This formidable beast often comes with trample or other enhancements, making it a serious threat that can rapidly accelerate your game plan. Whether it’s equipping it with artifacts that capitalize on its inherent strengths or using enchantments to amplify its impact, this card works to speed up your win conditions.

Instant Speed: Though not an instant itself, Rhox Charger can be synergized with other cards that operate at instant speed, allowing you to adapt and respond to the ever-changing battlefield. Its abilities can trigger off instant spells you cast, optimizing its effect to swing momentum in your favor rapidly.

Card Cons

Discard Requirement: The Rhox Charger asks of the player to toss another card from their hand into the graveyard to unleash its full potential. If your hand is already depleted, this demand can further strain your resources and options during the game.

Specific Mana Cost: Deploying Rhox Charger to the battlefield is not without its challenges. Locked into a specific mana alignment, this card requires a particular combination of green mana, which could be a stumbling block for multicolored or off-theme decks that might struggle with its mana demands.

Comparatively High Mana Cost: Weighing the cost against the benefits, Rhox Charger sits at a higher spectrum of the mana curve. There are alternative creatures in MTG that might present a lower cost for a similar or even stronger board presence, potentially giving your opponent the upper hand in the race for mana efficiency.

Reasons to Include Rhox Charger in Your Collection

Versatility: Rhox Charger offers flexibility for any deck looking to bolster its ranks with a robust creature. Its Trample ability ensures that excess damage can be dealt to opponent life points, making it an asset in both offensive and defensive strategies.

Combo Potential: With its Exalted ability, Rhox Charger enhances the combat phase by empowering a solitary attacker. This can synergize well with cards that benefit from attacking alone or cards that become more potent as the number of creatures with Exalted increases.

Meta-Relevance: In a game state where board presence and pressure are decisive, Rhox Charger’s potential to consistently deal damage and fortify your combat strategy makes it a relevant pick for decks that thrive on sustained aggression and combat tricks.

How to Beat

Rhox Charger is an intriguing creature card that adds a level of complexity to combat in Magic: The Gathering. With its trample ability, it has the potential to break through defensive lines, providing additional reach when attacking. This green-aligned card also carries a renown mechanic, further increasing its power and toughness upon dealing damage to a player for the first time.

To effectively manage this threat, control is key. Removal spells that can target the Rhox Charger before it becomes renowned will minimize its impact on the game. Cards with instant-speed removal capabilities such as Fatal Push or Path to Exile are ideal for handling it efficiently. Additionally, employing creatures with deathtouch can act as an effective deterrent, neutralizing the Rhox Charger even if it becomes renowned. Board wipes can reset the battlefield, negating the advantages gained from the Rhox Charger’s renown. Consideration of these strategies will significantly improve your chances of overcoming the challenges posed by facing a Rhox Charger across the table.

Understanding the dynamics of combat and staying ahead in the resource game can sway the battle in your favor against the Rhox Charger. By keeping its potential growth under control, you will maintain the upper hand in your MTG adventures.

In the realm of Magic: The Gathering, Rhox Charger presents a solid creature choice for decks looking to capitalize on the exalted mechanic. Its nearest kin on the battlefield is Aven Squire, which also confers exalted bonuses to a solitary attacker. However, Rhox Charger boasts greater durability with its increased toughness, providing more resilience against removal spells and combat damage.

Considering another parallel, Knight of Glory offers exalted as well but distinguishes itself with protection from black creatures, making it an asset in specific matchups. While Rhox Charger doesn’t provide such direct protection, its higher power gives it an edge in dealing substantial damage. Additionally, Sublime Archangel emerges as a formidable alternative. Although its mana cost is higher, it brings exalted to all other creatures you control, greatly amplifying the potential for game-swinging attacks.

Comparing Rhox Charger with its counterparts allows players to understand its value; it’s a dependable creature that strengthens single attackers while remaining sturdy on the board. This combination of traits makes it a worthy component of any deck utilizing the exalted mechanic in Magic: The Gathering.

Onde comprar

Data Texto
2008-10-01 Exalted abilities will resolve before blockers are declared.
2008-10-01 Exalted bonuses last until end of turn. If an effect creates an additional combat phase during your turn, a creature that attacked alone during the first combat phase will still have its exalted bonuses in that new phase. If a creature attacks alone during the second combat phase, all your exalted abilities will trigger again.
2008-10-01 If you attack with multiple creatures, but then all but one are removed from combat, your exalted abilities won’t trigger.
2008-10-01 If you declare exactly one creature as an attacker, each exalted ability on each permanent you control (including, perhaps, the attacking creature itself) will trigger. The bonuses are given to the attacking creature, not to the permanent with exalted. Ultimately, the attacking creature will wind up with +1/+1 for each of your exalted abilities.
2008-10-01 In a Two-Headed Giant game, a creature “attacks alone” if it’s the only creature declared as an attacker by your entire team. If you control that attacking creature, your exalted abilities will trigger but your teammate’s exalted abilities won’t.
2008-10-01 Some effects put creatures onto the battlefield attacking. Since those creatures were never declared as attackers, they’re ignored by exalted abilities. They won’t cause exalted abilities to trigger. If any exalted abilities have already triggered (because exactly one creature was declared as an attacker), those abilities will resolve as normal even though there may now be multiple attackers.
